Here are three easy roasted nuts recipes to get a healthy, weight-conscious boost of energy in the morning.

1. Rosemary Garlic Nuts

● 1 tablespoon olive oil

● 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

● 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

● 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2. Chili Lime

● 1 tablespoon oil

● 1 teaspoon chili powder

● 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

● Zest of 1 lime

● 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

3. Sweet Cinnamon Nut 

● 1/2 tablespoon agave or maple

● 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

● 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

● Pinch of sea salt


Toss one cup of nuts with seasonings and roast for 15 minutes, turning halfway through at 300°F.
