Orders received Monday through Friday before 12 PM MST – Typically ship the same day.

Orders received between Friday after 12 PM MST through Sunday will ship on Monday.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx OneRate. Both will get your package to you in 2 to 3 days.

You will receive an automated email with the tracking number when your order ships.

DEFECTS

Though we have exceptional quality control, occasionally, defects happen.

Sauna Belts: If you receive a Sauna Belt with a bad seam, other defects, or it rips or tears within 30 days from the date of purchase Please contact us and we will send a replacement.

Lotions and Sprays: Occasionally, a pump or spray cap does not work.
This does not mean the product is not still great.
If you feel this will keep you from using the product

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging.
