Cottage Cheese and Fruit Parfait in a Glass Cup

Makes 1 serving

1 green apple, cut into small chunks, divided

1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, divided

1/4 c blueberries

Place half of the apple chunks in a glass parfait dish or cereal bowl. Top evenly with half of the cottage cheese and the blueberries. Add the remaining cottage cheese and the remaining apple. Enjoy!
